Imagine a sunny afternoon on a path among the hills and trees as Mr. Dog walks his cat on a leash with walking stick in hand, while Kangaroo Mom is happily running in her converse sneakers with Baby in tow. The Tortoise and Hare are riding side by side in a joint effort to bring awareness for a cure, as that was our inspiration for this quilt. Look among the flowers and you will find a squirrel with an acorn, a frog peeking out from behind the daffodils and Mr. Mouse holding the ‘Finish’ sign at the end of the race. This colourful quilt is enhanced by balloons, butterfly, sun and clouds. |
